Re-transcribe Copilot Calls to English

Overview

Clari Copilot users can seamlessly record and transcribe calls in any language, while simultaneously providing a way to transcribe the call to English for easy analysis and understanding. This eliminates language barriers, enabling teams to glean valuable insights from all conversations, regardless of the language spoken. 

Use Cases

• Manager:  Easily monitor global sales calls and gather insights from all conversations regardless of language. Analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement with translated transcripts. 

• Rep:  Focus on building relationships and closing deals without language barriers. Review translated transcripts to gain valuable insights into customer needs and preferences.

Admin Setup

Clari Admin can set up this feature. 

Enable automatic transcription of all calls in your organisation to English. This will lead to all calls that happen afterwards getting translated to English. 

Go to User Management > Transcription Settings: 

There is no setup requirement for Copilot Users. Once this feature is enabled by Admin, it'll be automatic for all users in your org! 

To Translate a Single Call

Click Options (top right) > Re-transcribe Call > Translate Call to English

And that's it!
