This article covers the Copilot desktop app. You can configure settings for language, battle cards, end-of-meeting reminders, and more.

If you don't have Copilot's desktop app:
- Go to your profile icon in the top right and click Profile Settings
- Click Downloads and then click Copilot Desktop App.
Or, just click here.
Note: If you use a Mac, ensure you drag and drop the file into the Applications folder.
Deploy the app to your entire sales org
If you're an admin or IT manager, and you'd like to deploy the desktop app to your entire organization, you can read about org-wide deployment here.
To Update the App
If you haven't used the desktop version in a while, you will probably see this prompt to update the next time you use it:

Customizable Settings
Once you've got the latest version, you can adjust the following settings.
Access Settings
Key settings are integrated into the desktop app for easier access and customization. To access the settings we cover in the article, click the settings icon at the top of the desktop app:

Language Settings
Copilot allows you to select among multiple languages for you to optimize your battlecard triggers based on your call languages:
-
You can select up to four languages from 31 available options.
-
This selection can be made during the initial onboarding experience or adjusted later in the desktop app settings.
-
The default language is set to English US.
To change language settings: Go to Settings icon as mentioned above and scroll to find the language settings option.

Battlecard Settings
You can personalize how your battlecards are displayed during calls for real-time coaching.
-
Battle Chips: Small indicators that can be expanded into a full battlecard for less intrusive guidance.
-
Battle Card: A full battlecard with all relevant information about the topic, proactively displayed for more direct assistance.

You can also search specific battecards while on a call in the Copilot Desktop App by just clicking on the search button in the top right corner of the app and the list of the battlecard shows up.

And here's what they look like during a meeting:

Monologue Threshold
Receive alerts from Clari Copilot when it's time to engage, ask questions, or refocus during a meeting. You can adjust the threshold for these alerts.
To adjust Monologue Threshold: Access this setting from the desktop settings.

Bookmark Categories
These categories are displayed in the live call widget, allowing you to bookmark important moments on the fly. You can customize these categories.
To adjust Bookmark Categories: Access these settings from the desktop settings.

Manage Your Meetings
The desktop app allows you to manage your ongoing and upcoming meetings.
Join Ongoing Meetings: You can join meetings directly from the desktop app by clicking Join Meeting.

Note: Ensure your calendar is connected to Copilot. Read more about syncing for Outlook here and for Google here.
Selective Participation: This feature lets you leave a meeting while Clari Copilot continues to record on your behalf. It’s especially helpful when you need to leave one meeting to join another but still want full coverage of both. In such cases, the Copilot bot will remain in the original meeting to continue recording, while the Copilot Desktop App will activate in the new meeting you join.

Multiple Meetings at the same time: The Copilot Desktop App enables you to manage multiple meetings happening at the same time. When overlapping meetings are detected, the app will prompt you to choose which meeting you’d like Copilot to join, giving you full control over which conversation gets captured, while letting you use desktop app features like Battlecards and live cues in the meeting that matters most.

End-of-Meeting Reminders
Copilot Desktop app also provides end-of-meeting reminders for you to be notified 5 minutes before the end of your scheduled meeting time.

Simultaneous Meeting Management
This feature facilitates the recording of multiple meetings occurring at the same time. Even if you join one meeting, the desktop app records the other meeting for later reference.
End-of-Meeting Reminders
You can also enable end-of-meeting reminders from your settings.
