Sync Dialpad and Copilot
Integrating Dialpad with Copilot automatically brings in call recordings to be transcribed, analyzed and made available for coaching. You’ll need to have recording enabled in Dialpad already.
Note: Dialpad is an account-level integration and can only be set up by an admin.

In Copilot, go to Workspace Settings > Integrations.

Scroll until you see Dialpad and click Connect.

Sign into your account to give Copilot access.
Copilot will automatically download Dialpad recordings from the past 30 days and start analyzing them for you. Copilot checks for new recordings in Dialpad every 30 minutes.
