Copilot Call Search in Clari

You can search for Copilot calls from Clari. Reps and managers can search for recent calls from Clari to check in on accounts, monitor performance, review a deal's next steps, and gauge customer sentiment.

How to search for a Copilot call in Clari

Note: If you only want call results, select the Calls filter. Don't use the filter if you want all result types.

1. In the search bar, type the title of the call, or you can type an attendee name.
2. Select the call you're looking for.
3. Copilot will open that call in a new window.

Search by Transcript

You can also search by transcript by typing phrases you recall from the conversation. For example, below we search the phrase or topic "revenue cadence." 

From here, you select any CALLS with transcripts containing variations (or the exact words) of your text or phrase. Then, Copilot displays all those calls, and you can select the call you want to focus on.
