How to change your Copilot bot’s display name

Copilot automatically joins scheduled calls as Copilot Notetaker, but you can change the recording bot’s name as needed.

Only a Copilot Admin can take the steps below. Updating the bot name affects the entire org.

1. In the Copilot web app, go to Workspace settings.
2. Click on Recorder Settings in the left nav.
3. Give your Copilot Bot a new name and it’s saved automatically.
