Copilot Chapters for Call Review

Copilot Chapters allow you to identify and summarize topics within recorded calls. This gives you a more efficient way to extract valuable insights from conversations by introducing a visual representation of topics and their summaries for each part of the call.

Use Cases

1. Efficient Call Review: Quickly identify and navigate to relevant sections of a call using the generated chapters and topic summaries.

2. Content Retrieval: Easily locate specific information or discussions within a call by referencing the displayed topics and summaries in the video timeline.

3. Knowledge Extraction: Extract key insights from calls without the need to listen to the entire conversation.

How To Use Chapters

Note: All companies with Smart Summaries enabled automatically have Chapters, too! 

Here's how to find Chapters: 

1. Go to My Calls or Team Calls in the top nav, then click the call you want to review.
2. You'll see the Smart Chapters (see below). You can choose to click the specific chapter and its summaries and listen to the call from there, or listen to the entire call. 

3. Navigate chapters with the video timeline. You can click through the topics and summaries for each chapter:

4. Review chapters and summaries via the tab on the right. This allows you to easily reference chapter information while the call is playing.
