Copilot Orum Integration

This integration ensures that calls made through Orum are automatically captured, analyzed, and stored within Clari Copilot, enriching customer’s sales data and insights.

Before Clari Copilot Admins can set up this integration, make sure: 

• You have an active Salesforce connection.

• You configure pushing Orum calls into Salesforce as tasks.

• Orum call URLs must be set to public access

How To Connect Orum to Copilot

1. Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations: Access the Copilot dashboard and go to Workspace Settings. Select the Integrations tab to view available integrations. Click on the Orum integration option.

2. Choose the Salesforce field where the Orum call URL is stored.

3. Click Submit and you're done!

Note: Users will see Orum calls in Copilot automatically once this setup is complete.
