Sync Google Calendar and Copilot

You can connect your Google Calendar to Copilot to automatically record and analyze meetings on your schedule. You can toggle recording on/off for meetings directly from Copilot.

Note: Calendar sync is only available for recording users.

To avoid recording internal meetings, Copilot automatically joins meetings with a supported video conferencing link and at least one participant from an external email domain (not the same as your team). You can override this manually, of course.

To sync your Google Calendar with Copilot:

1. Click your name or initials icon in the top right corner, and click Preferences (Make sure you're in the Copilot Preferences tab if you're using Clari Web to access Copilot)
2. Click Integrations in the left nav 
3. Click the Google tile to add your calendar
