Sync Zoom Phone and Copilot

Integrating Zoom Phone with Copilot automatically brings in call recordings to be transcribed, analyzed and made available for coaching. You’ll need to have recording enabled in Zoom already (dialer).

Note: Zoom Phone is an account-level integration and can only be set up by an admin.





 

• In Copilot, go to Settings and click on Admin Integrations.

• Click on Sync for Zoom Phone, sign in to your account and give Copilot access.

Copilot will automatically download Zoom recordings from the past 30 days and start analyzing them for you. Copilot checks for new recordings in Zoom every 30 minutes.
