Clari Copilot's audit logs provide comprehensive tracking and visibility into all configuration changes made within the platform. This feature enables administrators to maintain security, compliance, and governance by monitoring who made what changes, when they were made, and what was modified.

Core Functionality

Chronological Log Display: All audit events displayed in reverse chronological order
Comprehensive Tracking: Captures all configuration changes across consent settings, recorder settings, User management and call actions
User Attribution: Shows who performed each action with profile information
Change Details: Displays what was changed from and to what value
Time Stamping: Precise timestamps for all actions

Filtering Capabilities

Date Range Filter

Purpose: Filter logs by specific time periods
Options: Custom date range selection (e.g., "May 18, 2025 - June 1...")

Action Performer Filter

Users & Impersonators: Shows actions by regular users and impersonated sessions
Impersonators: Shows only actions performed through impersonation
Users & Impersonators: Combined view of both types
Use Case: Identify who made specific changes or track impersonation usage

Action Performed By User Filter

All Users: Shows actions by any user in the system
Specific Users: Can filter to individual users
Use Case: Track changes made by specific administrators
