How do I download a call transcript?

1. Go to your call recording in Copilot 2. Select a portion of the call transcript (or the entire thing) 3. Copy and paste into a doc/email/Slack (Cmd/Ctrl C and Cmd / Ctrl V) (Admins can use the download button in the top-right corner of a Copilot call)

How do I download a call transcript?

Go to My Calls or Team Calls in the Copilot nav. Click to open the call you want to download a transcript for.
At the top right click the ... menu > Download Transcript. Note, it might take a few minutes for longer transcripts to download. It will show up in your browser downloads.
