Topic Dashboards in Copilot
This feature lets you organize a selection of Topics into dashboards. You can compare trends and time changes for selected dashboard Topics and visualize Topic mentions segmented by CRM attributes.
Use Cases
A Sales Director can analyze competitive mentions across different segments (e.g., Geographies and market Sizes) and observe which competitors come up in which markets most and accordingly spend efforts to counter objections.
A Sales Manager can create a New Product Initiative (NPI) Dashboard for their team, track different product lines as Topic, filter calls specific to their team, and review saved dashboards weekly to see how reps are pitching the products across deal stages.
How To Create Topic Dashboards
Note: All users can create dashboards. But, who you can share dashboards with depends on org-level role and permissions settings (which are set up by Clari Admin).
1. Navigate to https://copilot.clari.com/dashboard choose one or more topics to track.
2. You can also apply filters, such as narrowing down to calls involving specific teams or certain deal stages or only calls with external participants (to filter out internal calls).

3. Next, you'll see two graphs. One showing overall mentions of each topic across calls:

And another graph showing trends over time:

4. You can add more graphs to visualize Topic mentions segmented by CRM attributes like Deal Stage or other custom attributes.

For more graphs like the one above, use the CRM Breakdown filter under:

Note: CRM field types supported for creating custom segmented views of Topics are restricted to Dropdown/Picklist type of Salesforce fields.
Other data types are not supported.
These fields must be imported in advance by Clari Admin. From Studio > CRM Settings:

Also, all types of Topics are supported, including Keyword Topics and Smart Topics (whether custom or AI generated). Users can create and save Dashboards with a combination of such Topics.
5. Lastly you can save the dashboard as a Filter, including the topics picked, CRM fields segmented by, and filters applied. At the top where it says Saved Filters, click Create. Then name the filter and choose visibility and alerts:

User Flow
Your users can view any Topic dashboard you grant them visibility to, in the step above (Filter Visibility).
Drill down to exact moments in calls where each Topic was mentioned (excluding the trend graph). For these insights as shown below, click on any Topic in the Topic Adoption graph (i.e., Competition):
