Sync Microsoft Teams and Copilot

If your organization uses Microsoft Teams for video meetings, all you need to do to automatically record and analyze them is sync your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar with Copilot.

To do this: 

1. Click your name or initials icon in the top right corner, and click Preferences (Make sure you're in the Copilot Preferences tab if you're using Clari Web to access Copilot)
2. Click Integrations in the left nav 
3. Click the Outlook or Google tile to add your calendar

Copilot automatically joins meetings on your calendar with a video link and at least one external participant. You can manually toggle recording on/off for meetings directly in Copilot.

In the Copilot web app, click on the Join my meeting button, paste the Teams meeting link and Copilot will join your call in a few minutes.
