How To Update Recorder Settings
Copilot automatically joins scheduled meetings as ‘Copilot Notetaker” to record video conferences with external participants. Admins can customize the name of the bot and specify which meetings Copilot can join and record.
Note: Only Copilot admins can change recorder settings
1. On the Copilot web app, go to Workspace settings from your initial in the top right corner.

For Copilot+Clari users: Go to Studio and then select Copilot Studio (Workspace settings).

2. Click on Recorder Settings.
3. Give your Copilot Bot a new name.
Tip: Keep it simple. Just “Notetaker” works wonders anyway.
4. Specify which video conference meetings Copilot should join. You can choose from:

5. Select which web conferencing platforms Copilot should record calls from (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).

6. To allow users to manually start recording for meetings that are not set for auto-recording by Clari Copilot, enable the "Allow users to toggle on recording?" option. By default, Clari Copilot does not record internal meetings and meetings configured not to be auto-recorded in the Configure Auto-Recording section.

7. In the "Configure Auto-Recording" section, you can add Restricted Domain(s) and Restricted Email(s). Calls where a participant belongs to one of these domains or has one of these email addresses will not be auto-recorded.

8. Your changes are saved automatically.
Set Up Zoom Web Conferencing
For Zoom web conferencing, ensure the necessary integrations are configured to allow Copilot to join and record meetings. Refer to the integration settings within Copilot for specific Zoom setup instructions.
