Topics by Teams

Overview

Copilot admin can customize Topic tracking by team. With this feature, you can track Topics for calls made by specific teams. This reduces irrelevant Topic tags in all transcripts and lets you focus on a specified team.

Note

1. Topics can only be configured by Copilot admins with permission to "Manage Topics."

2. The same permission is required for the extra configuration too, found in the same "Topic Management" tab.

How to set up and configure topics for admins

1. Head over to Clari Copilot

2. Open the ellipsis menu on the right side of each Topic Row: 

3. Choose which Teams the topic is assigned to. Submit and close the dialogue.

4. Then, the Teams each Topic applies to is visible near the Topic Name:

5. To rename a topic, you can follow the same steps and then change only the Topic name in the dialog!
