Send a Copilot AI-Generated Email from SalesLoft Extension

Sellers and managers can generate follow-up emails directly from Clari Copilot and open them inside the Salesloft Chrome Extension email composer.

Copilot reuses its existing email generation logic (subject, body, template selection) and routes the generated email into Salesloft, allowing you to edit, send, or schedule emails from within Salesloft.

How To Send AI-Generated Emails via SalesLoft

If the Salesloft Chrome Extension is detected, the Follow-up Email icon/button appears in:

• Copilot Call Review Page (header)

• Copilot “My Calls” page (email icon overlay)

From the Call Review Page in Copilot

1. Click the Follow-up Email icon (at the top right — see below)

2. Copilot opens a small modal with a template dropdown

3. Select a template and click Generate

4. Copilot:

   • Uses existing email generation logic to create subject + body

   • Sends all meeting attendee email IDs to Salesloft as CC

   • Copilot selects one external attendee to the To field if external attendees are present in the meeting. Else, it selects the first person in the call attendee list

5. Salesloft Chrome Extension opens the email compose panel with content pre-filled

6. Edit, send, or schedule the email from Salesloft

7. Salesloft shows an “Email created” toast

From My Calls Page

1. Click the Follow-up Email icon on a call row

2. Template modal opens

3. Remaining flow is identical to Call Review flow outlined above.

Important Notes:

• Copilot does not display an “email sent” checkmark

• You can generate multiple follow-up emails for the same call

• You retain full control before sending

• If you change the selected template, the previously generated email is replaced by a newly generated email in the Salesloft Chrome extension. The earlier email is not stored.
