How To Enable Copilot Meeting Reminder
Meet legal and regulatory requirements with Copilot meeting reminders. Copilot admin(s) can enable and specify when these reminder emails go out. You can also customize the compliance note and button color in these emails to better reflect your brand and strike a chord with prospects.
Note: Only Copilot Admins can adjust Meeting Reminder settings.
Enable/disable Copilot meeting reminder

Go to Copilot, click on Workspace settings and then Recorder Settings.

Under Recording Consent via Email go to Set email reminder and choose the time from the drop-down menu. You can choose 5, 10, or 15 minutes before the meeting for your email send. Under that select who you'll send the emails to.
- To edit the reminder email, click Edit Email.
