Clari Copilot and Highspot Integration for Sales Enablement

Copilot's integration with Highspot enables the creation of dynamic Smart Battlecards from Highspot materials. Sales reps can access these Battlecards in real-time through the Copilot desktop app during customer calls. Reps can seamlessly transition back to Highspot for in-depth content.

Enablement: Creating Battlecards from Highspot Content

Enablement personnel can efficiently generate Battlecards from Highspot content without the need to download the content. Directly access Highspot content from Clari Copilot with a visual guide that facilitates easy updates when the original content changes.

Reps: Real-Time Access to Consumable Information

Sales reps can access information in real-time in a more consumable form through Battlecards. These Battlecards allow reps to quickly retrieve essential details during calls. If reps require more in-depth information, they can seamlessly navigate back to the Highspot content directly from the Battlecards.

Admin Set-Up Instructions

Note: To enable the Clari Copilot-Highspot integration, you must reach out to your Highspot Services Team.

Then, follow the steps below.

Browser settings: Add your Highspiot domain in, “Allowed to use third-party cookies” in your browser settings.

After the Highspot steps above, a Copilot Admin can perform the steps below: 

1. From Clari Studio go to Copilot > Integrations 

2. Click Connect on the Highspot tile.

3. Enter details like API URL, Domain name, API key, and secret key provided by Highspot (from Highspot Settings > Developer).

Once synced, all the users who can create Battlecards will see a "Create from Highspot" option.  

How To Use The Copilot-Highspot Integration

For Enablement

1. In the Copilot nav go to Battlecards > Add Battlecard (top right).

2. Select Highspot.

2. Log in to Highspot, if not logged in already.

3. Select content from Highspot that you want to Auto-generate Battlecards for.

4. Choose from multiple files.

5. Let the system process the content. Once Battlecards are generated, choose trigger words and Category. Assign the category to teams and users accordingly.

6. Users can publish or save as drafts based on the requirement.

7. Battlecards show which resource they were created from at the bottom:

8. Finally, click generate Battlecard.

For Reps

1. Download the Clari-Copilot Desktop application.

2. During calls, Battlecards will be triggered based on pre-configured trigger words. You can search for specific Battlecards directly from the Desktop app.

3. Every Battlecard generated from Highspot will include a link to the corresponding Highspot content at the end of the card.
