How To Remove Copilot from a Meeting

You can remove Copilot from a meeting as and when required. Copilot will be sad to get the boot, but it’s easy to toggle recording off for an ongoing call and a scheduled meeting.

Remove Copilot from an Ongoing Call Desktop App

1. Check your Copilot desktop app to view the ongoing meeting.
2. Click Disconnect to remove Copilot and stop recording your call.

Remove Copilot from an Ongoing Call Web App
 

1. Go to My Calls in the Copilot web app.
2. Your ongoing call should be right on top, in the Completed Calls section.
3. Open the call, then click on Stop Recording and confirm.

Remove Copilot from a Scheduled Meeting

1. Check your Copilot desktop app to view upcoming meetings.
2. Toggle off Copilot to remove it from a scheduled meeting.

You can also toggle recording off for a scheduled meeting from the web app.
 

1. Go to My Calls and look for Upcoming meetings on the right.
2. Toggle recording off for the specific meeting.
