Task Creation in SalesLoft from Copilot Action Items

Convert Copilot-generated action items into Salesloft tasks directly from the Copilot Call Review experience using the Salesloft Chrome Extension. Immediately take action by creating a task in SalesLoft without leaving Clari.

Admin Note: No setup is needed for this feature. 

How To Create Tasks from Copilot in SalesLoft

Copilot Call Review Page: Action Items

For each action item generated by Copilot:

• A Create Task button appears inline with the action item text

• Clicking the button opens the Salesloft Chrome Extension side panel

1. Click Create Task next to an action item

2. Copilot prepares task data:

• • Title: Action item text

  • Task Type: General task

  • Assignee: Meeting organizer

  • Related record : Same as the assignee

3. Salesloft opens the task creation panel with fields pre-filled

4. Edit any task fields

5. Save the task

6. Salesloft shows a “Task created” toast
